Saturday 22nd October 2011 saw us holding an event to commemorate the St Crispin's Day battle at Agincourt in 1415.
We mustered at 10 am to shoot a clout of 3 dozen arrows. At the half way point we celebrated in the traditional longbow archer way....Sherry and rich fruit cake, after which no one cared whether they won or not!
Lunchtime and we had a novelty shoot at boiler suit advancing infantry. Followed by another Sherry and cake break.
Whilst the bbqs were heating up we shot at various targets including a giant beaver, rubber rats on poles etc etc. A good day was had by all and the weather was amazing for the time of year.
