Have-a-go for French Students at Mount St Mary's College Spinkhill.

As part of our planning permission formalities we came in contact with Mount St Mary's College at Spinkhill. We were asked to help with a have-a-go day for 53 French Students and 8 teachers on Tuesday 15th July 2008. With only 3 days to organise the event things were a little tight to say the least. Simon , Michelle, Antony and Aaron Hayes, Mick Sheldon and myself ( Peter Burgess) managed to be available to help on the day.

We are indebted to Pip Bickerstaffe, www.bickerstaffebows.co.uk, for the loan of some of the equipment at very short notice.

The students were studying Robin of Sherwood so we decided to include a deer hunt.

As you can see from the photos we were very busy. We enjoyed the day and the children were well behaved and a pleasure to be with. A credit to their parents and the College.
